Welcome to lake life lavender and herb farm

Lake Life Lavender and Herb Farm is a small Lavender Farm located in Moneta, Virginia, near the shores of Smith Mountain Lake. Born from a love of gardening and a deep interest in holistic wellness, our farm is the result of a personal journey toward healing  and balance.

After 25 years as a Clinical Social Worker in a high demand administrative position in the mental health field, I felt it was time to embrace a more mindful, healthier way of living. What began as weekend escapes to the lake gradually transformed into a permanent  move and the pursuit of a passion project: gardening and growing lavender and herbs as both a form of self-care and a way to share their calming, therapeutic effects with others.
